The Restaurant Business and its Challenges in Lebanon
The Faculty of Business and Management hosted Mr. Maroun Daou, the Vice President and the Chief Operations Officer (COO) of Ghia Holding on February 19, 2019 to give a lecture titled: The Restaurant Business and its Challenges in Lebanon.
What will successful foodservice companies be doing right in three to five years? What will unsuccessful ones be doing wrong? Those were some of the questions Mr. Daou explained to the students. As well as, he depicted the spirit and the mentality that a restaurateur should have in order to be successful in business. The floor was then open for questions and answers.
